Location Consultation and Selection Package

A representative of Advanced-Fabrication will provide assistance in finding, securing and negotiating a potential location for your future business. As a location selection customer you will receive our Location Consultation and Selection Package complete with site selection worksheets, phone scripts, visibility and convenience information, pictures, and proposal. You are also given the option of having a Location Selection Specialist evaluate up to three potential locations that you scouted.
This package includes:
- Sample financial statement worksheet to fill out and modify for landlords and property owners
- Sample business plan
- Pro forma
- Pictures or renderings of coffee shops, drive thrus, or kiosks
- Sample LOI- Letter of Intent for potential properties
Advanced-Fabrication will provide you with consulting including:
- Negotiation time-over the phone with property management or owner
- Research and background study on up to three (3) potential locations
- Assistance with drafting of final proposal, pro-forma and business plans
- Reviewing first draft of lease terms, response to LOI, etc.
- Time for the consultant to answer questions pertaining to the material provided
Whether you have questions on how to scout locations, configuring general profit and expense ratios, or proper lease terms, Advanced-Fabrication will be able to assist you. We will consult with you to build your business!
All consulting sessions are limited to two hour long increments. Total design and consulting time will not exceed a total of 35 hours; any additional hours will be billed accordingly with the consultant. All travel and transportation costs incurred will be billed separately.
